Dates

I have been asked out and got 2 blind dates lined up for next week. They both seem very nice women. One is from Wales and we're meeting in Cardiff for lunch, the other one is local and we haven't fixed exactly where we're meeting, just that we hook up on Wednesday. Cardiff will be on Thursday. I am going into this with little or no expectations, but admittedly a bit of apprehension. I am still not sure that, if it came to the crunch, I could do the sex thing. It's been over 3 years now and I still don't feel a real urge. Mind you, at least I can look at my 'bits' again without feeling sick. So that's a start. I am handling these meetings on the basis that hopefully I will make some friends, should the sudden lightning bolt of love strike me ... so be it. If not, nothing is lost, in fact something is gained ... i.e. a friend. Should we not get on in person, then really nothing is lost. We just go our own ways, as we did before. At least with these 2 women I have lots in common. That's a good starting point I reckon. I was actually messaging with a 3rd woman, but she decided after about 10 messages, that it wouldn't work with us (not even friendship) as I wasn't into sports and other health stuff. I believe she was actually right, although I got a bit uppety when she told me. But things look different in hindsight ... we could have both waisted precious time meeting up and spending hours together ... and then come to the same conclusion. So ... it's much better this way. I am rather excited regarding next week and already mulling over what to wear and what not LOL.

I had to take my beautiful dreads out today. 5 of them just dropped out the last couple of days, so the rest left in just didn't look good. The thread they were put in with was disintegrating. Have I got acidic hair??? I will now just have to wait until all my hair is long enough to put them all in. Can't be that much longer now, the hair is growing very well. But ... back to short back and sides with a long fringe ... all in purple!
